Tsoknyi Nuns Welfare Foundation is looking for two experienced teachers and team leaders to become core members of a teaching team for a new primary school at Tsoknyi Gargon Ling Nunnery, Single Tree Hill, Halchowk, Sitapaila Kathmandu.
The primary school will be run as a branch of our existing primary and lower secondary school Tsoknyi Gechak School.
Our aim is to incorporate modern teaching methods while keeping Buddhist ethics at the core.
Position: Primary Level teachers
Number of Vacancies: 2
Job Location : Single Tree Hill, Halchowk, Sitapila Kathmandu
Job Specification
Education Level : Intermediate
Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year
Other Specification
• Pleasing personality with positive attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate should be open to new ideas and should be able to work in team
• Candidate must have good knowledge of the subject matter
• At least 1 years of working experiences in related field
Subjects:
• Primary Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher
• Primary Math and Science Teacher
Salary:
• Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

• Responsible for teaching Primary level students
• To ensure that all lessons are planned with clear aims and objectives
• To ensure that all experiments are trialed beforehand and risk assessment used with all experimental work
• Perform other duties as assigned
