- Perform Annual Maintenance Activities and Help Desk Activities in Nepal’s Leading INGO (s)
- Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, CCTV etc.
- Standby in INGOs for IT Helpdesk support.
- Guiding and helping the users in their needs.
- Upgrades of Service Packs and fixings.
