* Must be able to prepare lesson plan and micro lesson plan, tests, examinations papers and exercises; making and keeping progress reports

* Should attend and contribute to training sessions

* Must be able to find ways to involve students in their lessons. Additionally, teachers may have to work with different learning styles to get the most out of each student

* Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty to help create a quality-learning environment

* Have to prepare classroom and coursework materials, home-work assignments and handouts.
